Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, our team will contact the customer to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the customer about the approval or rejection of the refund.

Note: Refund will only be done in case the customer has received Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product. Refund will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days. Product can be re-dispatched within 24 hours once the reverse product gets delivered back to us.

Time Span of Refund: The process of a refund generally takes 7-10 working days.

Mode of Refund:

Paid Through Debit / Credit Card or Net Banking – Customer will receive a full refund to credit or debit card or net banking for the purchase price of the item after approval of damaged/defective/wrong product. The refund will be reflected to the account/card/wallet in 4-10 working days.

Paid through COD – The refund will be made through NEFT directly to the customer’s bank account. For that, the customer needs to provide their bank details which include the following information:

Bank Account Number
Branch
IFSC Code
Contact Number

Late or missing refunds:

Returns

D’SOMANI offers its customers an ‘Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery.

D’SOMANI does not accept returns if the product packaging has been tampered, opened, or if the products have been used. If, however, the packaging is still intact and in the same condition as when the customer received the product, the customer may contact us for a return.

Note: Returns can be done only if the customer has received a Defective/Damaged/Wrong Product. They need to send an unboxing video and product photo to dsomani7653@gmail.com

Replacement

Replacement can be done under two circumstances:

1. In case the customer has received a damaged/defective/wrong product

Once the shipment gets delivered to the customer and they ask for a replacement for unwanted, uninterested, or wrongly placed products, we will not proceed with the replacement.

Shipping Charges

In case of ‘Damaged/Defective/Wrong product received’, the shipping expenses will be borne by us. Note: The package will be picked up within 2-4 business days from the customer’s end.

After the pickup, we can either re-dispatch the product (which will take 5-6 business days for delivery) or make the refund.

Cancellations

Please note that you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order or before it’s dispatched from our end, whichever is earlier.

Note: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances and the customer cannot claim a refund.

D’SOMANI shall cancel your order under the following circumstances:

– Product not available or out of stock: If an item is out of stock, we shall inform the customer. If the customer does not wish to wait, the order will be cancelled after taking prior approval.
– No confirmation or any communication from the customer for COD orders: If the confirmation call is missed or rejected, the order will be automatically cancelled.
– Area not serviceable: If the shipping address is not serviceable by our courier partners.
– Any other Reason: D’SOMANI reserves the right to cancel orders under unforeseeable or special circumstances.

If the customer has refused or cancelled two or more previous orders, the next order will be automatically cancelled. It is mandatory to place such orders in prepaid mode.
